
Refund Policy
At Baked by Olivia, each order is prepared with care and made especially for our customers. Because our products are handmade and food items are perishable, all sales are generally final.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled with at least [insert your preferred notice, such as 48 hours] notice before the scheduled pickup date for a refund or credit, at Baked by Olivia’s discretion.
Cancellations made after that window may not be eligible for a refund.
Custom and Event Orders
Custom orders, seasonal orders, subscriptions, and event dessert orders require planning, preparation, and reserved availability. Because of this, these orders may be non-refundable once confirmed.
If a cancellation is requested for a custom or event order, any refund or credit will be considered based on how much notice is given and whether work has already begun.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the agreed pickup window unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Issues With an Order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Baked by Olivia within 24 hours of pickup. We want our customers to be happy, and we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to make reasonable situations right when appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:

change of mind after an order is confirmed

failure to pick up an order during the agreed pickup window

minor variations in decoration, color, or appearance on handmade items

issues caused after pickup, including improper storage or transport

allergy concerns when ingredients were clearly disclosed or not communicated in advance
